TEKsystems is currently hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA!Job Description:To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls.
• Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day
• Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred
• Call center orientated fast paced -with aggressive goals
• Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
• Ability to navigate multiple systemsSchedule: -Must be available Monday - Saturday from 10:00AM-7:00PM ESTLocation: -Winchester, VA - hybrid schedule after trainingIf interested, please apply here with your updated resume!Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.95 - $18.95/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
