LinTech Global is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our Growth Team of leaders. The Senior Proposal Manager will develop proposal schedules, provide iterative milestones, and comprehensive delivery plans, ensuring proposals comply with all regulatory compliance and delivery of compelling proposals to our Defense and Federal Civilian agencies. As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will lead proposal efforts, identify writing resources, assign tasks, and track completion of volume requirements, reporting final outcomes to leadership. You will also create and lead comprehensive Proposal Management Plans and provide oversight to Volume Management for LinTech Global proposal activities to include narrative responses, graphics, pricing, and capabilities matrices.The day-to-day tasks for this position include:

• Lead the proposal development from pre-proposal operations through post-proposal submissions.
• Develop solicitation compliance matrix.
• Lead proposal kickoff, scrums, standups, and color team review meetings.
• Lead and work with technical staff to develop and prepare successful proposals.
• Oversee the assigned proposal team resources, coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met.
• Review and edit proposals and manage quality process for responsiveness to RFP/RFQ, thoroughness, accuracy, quality, consistent writing style, and effective layout and design.
• Work directly with prime contractors and subcontractors in preparation and submittal of proposals.
• Create and manage project experience/past performance documentation.
• Review pricing targets, calculations, and contract pricing submissions.
• Use word processing, desktop publishing, and graphic design skills to produce proposals and presentations in print and digital.
• Independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation processes on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage large cross-company and geographically disbursed proposal teams.
• Create staffing plans and organizational charts.
• Review resumes and/or make personnel recommendations for resume inclusion in proposals.
• Manage multi-company and multi-level teams from opportunity identification through contract start.
• Work with Contracting Officers to provide customer-focused task order proposals.
• Plan and chair meetings and briefings; create and provide presentations.
• Create Quality Control Plans and Quality Control Surveillance Guides.
• Develop, lead, manage white papers and market research responses.
• Perform PWS scrubs and RFP shreds for compliance.
• Develop story boards, facilitate win themes, and identify capabilities and experience.Education, Experiences and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or similar discipline strongly desired, however 2-year degree and additional experience may be substituted.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years proposal management experience with Federal Civilian and Defense RFPs and RFQs.
  • Must have a working knowledge of government contract components, rules and practices. Must have the ability to understand and analyze the details of RFP documents.
  • Eight (8) years of daily proficient Microsoft Office use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Three (3) years Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience creating graphics strongly desired.
