Reporting to the COO, the Director Oncology and Outpatient Services will oversee operations for the Cancer Center, Infusion Center, Radiation Therapy, and Wound Clinic, supporting 70+FTES. Responsibilities include overseeing day to day operations, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, managing the budgets, and supporting the system with growth throughout the service line. The Director Oncology and Outpatient Services will work closely to cross collaborate with the physicians, specialist and community partners. The Director should have previous management and operations experience, ideally over an outpatient setting that includes oncology services. The hospital is located in Northern Maryland, in a suburb that is easily commutable from Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
