Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data to lead a team of
data engineers and data scientists in developing scalable data
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business goals
and customer needs
Design and deploy real-time monitoring systems and dashboards to
track product health and generate actionable insights
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
feature impact and business success
Required Qualifications
Doctorate in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering,
Mathematics, Statistics, or related field AND 8+ years of
data-science experience, OR
Master's Degree in the same fields AND 10+ years of data-science
experience, OR
Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 12+ years of data-science
experience, OR equivalent experience
5+ years of people management experience in data engineering and
data science
Experience in designing and managing large-scale data pipelines and
data analytics solutions
