    • Associate degree or Certification in Radiation Therapy
    • Two years as a Staff Therapist in a Radiation Therapy Department and GE simulator equipment with minimal supervision.
    • American Registered Radiologic Technologist certification required upon start.
    • Basic Life Support required upon start.Job Responsibilities:
      • The Radiation Therapist 2 communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, supervisors and outside contacts.
      • Responsible for treatment modalities and protocols to accurately set-up and administer radiation treatments on a daily basis.
      • Performs simulation procedures for initial patient set-up while verifying proper functioning of linear accelerators, simulators and Computed Tomography machines.
