*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Provide High-Quality Patient Care*: Perform a range of dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments as needed.
* *Patient Education*: Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health, including brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
* *Collaborate with the Dental Team*: Work closely with the dentist and other team members to assess patient needs and ensure they receive the best care possible. Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans.
* *Patient Comfort & Communication*: Ensure that patients are comfortable throughout their appointments and address any concerns they may have. Build strong relationships with patients and encourage good oral hygiene habits.
* *Maintain Clinical Documentation*: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all treatments, procedures, and patient interactions.
* *Infection Control & Safety*: Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
* *Manage Patient Flow*: Effectively manage a productive schedule of 8-12 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining efficiency.

*Ideal Candidate Qualifications:*
* *Education & Licensure*: A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state dental hygiene license.
* *Experience*: Previous experience in dental hygiene is preferred, but newly graduated hygienists are encouraged to apply.
* *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented, compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $57.00 - $59.00 per hour
