Job Description

Clinical Therapist provides direct therapeutic interventions for patients in individual, group and family settings with the focus on goal directed treatment. Initiates and completes discharge planning on assigned patients. Completes all required documentation including Psychosocial Assessments. Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment planning.

Education
Masters Counseling or Social Work required.

Experience
Previous experience with identified population preferred

Certification & Licensures
LCSW preferred. LCSW eligible or LPC eligible ithin 3 months of employment required.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart --Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved required *

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological stages of human growth and development required - Competent to provide assessment, care and treatment appropriate to the age group of patients served required - Competent to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served
