Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sign Practice Host to facilitate live
signing practices for learners.
Key Responsibilities
Host live signing practices for small groups using provided
materials
Motivate and encourage active participation from learners
Adjust vocabulary and signing speed to accommodate different skill
levels
Required Qualifications
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English
Identify as Deaf
Experience teaching ASL, especially to beginners
Knowledge of Zoom operations, including break-out rooms
Understanding of Deaf community and cultural sensitivities
