The Procurement Admin will assume full ownership and responsibility for their workload. The Procurement Admin position is for an individual with minimal purchasing/inventory experience.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities and Qualifications

• React to daily buy signals/forecast/customer demand supplied by the Procurement Agents
  • Issuing Purchase orders
  • Issuing Purchase order changes
  • Manage Reports
    • Unacknowledged Report
    • Potential Grief Report
    • Order Maintenance
      • Confirming orders
      • Manual ASN entry when applicable
      • Resolve paperwork issues
      • Paperwork requests
      • Electronic filing of paperwork
      • Miscellaneous duties as assignedQualifications
        • A 4-year college degree or 2-5 years of applicable purchasing/inventory experience are required for this position.
        • Strong organizational and communication skills
        • The ability to complete projects as assigned with minimal supervision.
