Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative
responsible for managing provider enrollment processes and ensuring
accurate provider records for timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete enrollment and re-enrollment processes for providers to
ensure timely participation
Maintain detailed electronic provider enrollment files and
coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations while
assisting the credentialing team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training,
and experience
2 or more years of business experience in a managed care or
healthcare setting
Experience or knowledge of ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data
systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel,
and Outlook
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
