Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Researcher to lead the discovery
and market research for their platform aimed at Digital
Entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to provide insights
for product development
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver research findings and
recommendations to the product team
Develop prototypes and test them with users, while managing user
interactions to enhance product experiences
Required Qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in User Research, preferably in
Fintech or tech start-ups
Experience in planning, moderating, and evaluating user research
studies globally
Familiarity with user research tools, design best practices, and UX
research methodologies
Ability to work with product teams to translate customer needs into
actionable items
Experience in wireframing user flows and interfaces
