Job Description:
Job Description CSSO responsibilities include on-site support to
BAE employees and subcontractors who require clearance for access
to the facility. The CSSO/PSO verifies clearances, processes
incoming and outgoing visit requests, and maintains SCIF access.
Duties of this position also include briefings, debriefings, badge
activation and deactivation, document control, contract security,
security interviews, personnel security, insider threat
requirements, physical security inspections. Implementation of
contract security requirements, development of DD254s, and proposal
support will be a requirement.Required Education, Experience, &
Skills Bachelors degree and six years experienceExperience with
Industrial Security databasesKnowledge of facility clearance
processing and FOCIExperience interpreting, applying and
implementing the NISPOM, SEADs, and/or ICDsExperience implementing
physical, personnel, industrial and/or information security policy
and proceduresPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills ISP
CertificationPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $96470 -
$164010Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
