Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator I to enhance patient
care and manage appointment logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Review patient schedules and ensure all necessary registration
information is complete
Coordinate with health systems and plans to obtain and update
appointment information
Compile medical records into unified visit summaries for providers
after appointments
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a primary care or healthcare
administrative setting
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and
healthcare software
Experience coordinating with national labs like Quest or
Labcorp
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing
high-quality care
