The Opportunity

Our client is a custom-engineered electronics manufacturer. They have hired us to seek out multiple Electrical Design Engineers for their Middletown, PA location.



This position is responsible for developing, improving, and testing custom electronic products, both new and existing, from conception to production. Additionally, it involves liaising with clients to understand their needs, and offering technical proposals in response to quote requests.



The ideal candidate will have experience:

Creating detailed product/system layouts and schematics, including PCB design using eCAD tools.
Utilizing engineering software for electronic circuit simulations and worst-case analysis.
Conducting thorough analysis and testing of electronic designs using advanced equipment.
Supporting in coordinating prototype construction for products/systems.
Participating in design reviews according to company procedures, engaging relevant departments.
Conducting root cause analysis for manufacturing issues or customer returns.
Contributing to planning and executing experimental test programs, with analysis of results.
Reviewing and approving Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and corrective action reports.
Evaluating feasibility and providing cost estimates for requested quotations.


Qualifications include:

BSEE or BSEET
Analog / digital design
EMI/EMC experience
