Corinth Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced DoD Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements, comply with internal and client metrics and SLAs, and support organizational organic and inorganic growth. • Oversee the management and delivery of a portfolio of concurrent DoD projects.
• Compile required documentation for all new and active projects, adhering to Project Management and Quality Management System (QMS) standards, CMMI-DEV & SERV ML3 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Maintain project schedule and activities, providing regular progress reports to company leadership.
• Provide project management assistance and accounting support throughout project lifecycle, from proposal to closeout.
• Present program and project findings to stakeholders, including clients, partners, and leadership.
• Produce deliverables in a consistent, visually appealing, and timely manner.Business Development and Capture:
  • Conduct research on potential opportunities.
  • Contribute to organic growth within existing client environments.
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compliant RFI and proposal response efforts.Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
    • US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a minimum of DoD Secret clearance.
    • 5-10+ years of experience in Project Management, with experience in federal government contracting.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
    • Prior experience supporting US Department of Defense (DoD) programs within at least one of the following agencies is required: ARMY, DCMA, DFAS.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Passion for assisting others and commitment to operational integrity.
    • Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and recommend effective solutions.
