  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs and overall independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team including PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support patients and families through the rehabilitation processRequirements:
    • Active OT license in Pennsylvania
    • Previous experience in LTC, acute rehab, or hospital setting preferred
